Capability Assessment
We assess your leadership team's management capability across the Management Excellence framework: judgment, stakeholder management, leadership that develops people, strategic thinking, accountability. Individual assessments + team profile. Output: capability map, development priorities, program design.
Capability Build
Custom program delivered over months, not days. Combination of: facilitated group sessions (applying Management Excellence workshops to your organizational challenges), individual coaching (for each participant on their specific development areas), real work application (participants bring real situations to every session), and peer learning (the cohort learns from each other's challenges as much as from instruction).
Measurement and Sustaining
We measure change against the capability baseline from Phase 1. It is behavioral evidence from 360 feedback, project outcomes, and observed practice. We identify what has changed and what has not, and adjust the program accordingly. We design the ongoing development rhythms that keep the capability growing after the formal program ends.
