INSTAR (originally as Spider Ukraine) helped build the PMI Ukraine Chapter - developing curriculum, certifying instructors, and proving that global standards could be made practical in local organizations.
INSTAR collaborates with NGO Vyshche - a community for learning and teaching led by senior consultant Natalia Starynska - supporting access to PM education across Ukraine.
