Weeks 1–2

AI Adoption Diagnostic

Where is your organization on the AI adoption curve? What is working, what is failing, and why? We map the gap between current state (tools deployed, awareness exists) and target state (systematic, governed AI use). Output: adoption gap analysis and phased roadmap.

Weeks 3–5

Adoption Design

We design the organizational structures that make AI adoption stick: AI governance framework, accountability model, communication strategy, capability development priorities, measurement system designed for your organizational context.

Weeks 6–16

Managed Adoption

We manage the transition: stakeholder alignment, team-by-team adoption support, resistance management, communication execution, governance rollout. We work with HR, leadership, and department heads simultaneously. Regular progress reviews against agreed metrics.

Weeks 17–24

Measurement and Embedding

We measure adoption against behavioral and outcome KPIs. We identify where adoption is not holding and adjust. We embed adoption practices into regular organizational rhythms (planning cycles, reviews, onboarding). We hand over with a documented AI adoption operating model.
