INSTAR teaches management excellence for the AI era. We use AI tools in creating educational content, operating this website, and supporting client engagements. This page explains how — in line with the spirit of the EU AI Act.

Where we use AI

• Drafting and editing of articles, course materials, and marketing copy (reviewed by humans before publication).
• Translation between English and Ukrainian (reviewed by human editors).
• Generation of illustrative imagery (clearly stylised, not photographic claims).
• Internal productivity: summaries, analysis, code assistance.

Where we do NOT use AI

• Course delivery is led by certified human instructors.
• Certification assessments and grading.
• Automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Data and AI

We do not feed personal data submitted through our forms into public AI services for training. Any AI tool used as a processor is bound by appropriate data-processing terms.
